Dinkar Notani is a seasoned bunkering professional with over 15 years of experience in the shipping and marine fuel industry, with a strong focus on the Middle East and Indian Subcontinent markets. His expertise spans the full spectrum of bunkering operations—including supply chain management, commercial strategy, client engagement and market development. Over the course of his career, he has successfully handled more than 10,000 bunker stems.
Dinkar holds a Postgraduate Degree in Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional. His academic foundation, combined with practical experience, has equipped him with a strategic and analytical approach to operations.
He has held impactful roles at leading companies, where he was solely responsible for operations in the Indian Subcontinent and demonstrated strong leadership in procurement, operations, and client relationship management.
In his most recent position as Supply Manager – Middle East, Dinkar managed substantial supply volumes and led strategic initiatives across key regional ports including Fujairah, Jebel Ali, Jeddah, Iraq, and the Suez. He played a pivotal role in building supplier networks, managing cash and credit flows, and overseeing claim resolution. He is also well-versed in niche market development and contract negotiations.
